My coworker had noticed that one of the dudes at my table was a local musician and when she asked him, she was right! But the other guy he was with is the fucking drummer for Mae!!!! So cool.

The local drummer actually plays for my favorite local group, Bennett Wales and the Relief. I was fan girling so hard but controlled myself around them.

    Glad you got to meet one of your musical hero's.

    Just treat them like ordinary folk though... They will appreciate it very much - and you are more likely to be let into their inner circle.

      It’s not an obsession with the fame. The local artist is amazing and gives me a lady boner. He’s not “famous” by any means.
