As straight girl who has had a bi girl like her I wouldn't say those were the signs, although my friend was very foward.
My friend would touch and rub my thigh or try to touch my boobs when I hugged her. She would also tell me how I made her blush when I was around her etc, other things you don't generally say around friends. Also she acted differently around me when we were alone than with other people, and got upset when I said I didn't want to kiss a girl.
Is your friend doing anything like that? it doesn't seem so and as you said you don't talk about romantic or sexual topics.. not a good sign. :(
I have had very close friendship with girls and to look at both of these experanices I would say she thinks you are a close friend.
Maybe bring up general romantic topics, not about u and her but in general and see what her thoughts are.
