I've been having bad anxieties i need help

With the current situation in the world i have been getting anxieties for the past few days because recently i have developed a small mild cough and its been giving me anxiety because all i read is covid 19 on all social media like i can't escape it..

and im pretty sure its my anxiety making it worse and i think i only developed it because i was playing video games with my friends online and i was screaming and laughing a lot and i slept with the window open and there was a blizard all night and i don't think that helps and i never had it until then. but idk do you think my anxiety is making the cough worst for me? am i the only one having extreme anxieties?

    Don't watch the news. They make it as scary as possible to keep people watching.

    eat chicken soup and lots of oranges and tea!!! last week i was all stressed and anxious and started to feel sick; runny nose, sneezes, weakness, dizzyness... my mum made me soup and i took paracetamol and the next day i was alright

    Yes I think it’s normal your mind can exaggerate those symptoms during this pandemic the best thing to do in this case is to stay at home as much as possible or wear a mask if it’s very necessary to go out this is only to protect other people with weaker immune systems just to add your cough might be due to something else rather than Covid-19
