I've been a loser my whole life

I just realised, that I've been a loser my whole life and was completely unaware of the fact and I was living under the impression that yeah if I am alone, I can deal with it. Well I can certainly do that but now that I realise how many times I've done things which were completely wrong, I'm ashamed of myself and just don't know what to do now. I have no Idea how to move on, like this thought and self realisation is just not leaving my mind. Please help me by giving me some advice :c

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • Congratulations on realizing you've made lots of mistakes. Now you get to learn from them and make a lot more. Failure is actually a good thing. It teaches you that doing things the same way isn't working. Shame meanwhile is entirely social, it tells you that you should feel bad. Unfortunately this often leads people to conclude they're just bad, so they stop trying. This is not the case. The important thing now is to stop repeating old mistakes, which can be tougher than it sound, but it's totally worth what you can gain.

  • Let me guess you are in early 20s, or possibly even a teenager still.

  • It's normal you can't get over your past unless you really want to.

    • You forgot to ask if the OP had a disc or ring crammed into their earlobe.

The diameter of those is directly proportional to the loser index of the wearer.

      • You're not too far from the truth, you know. There are studies to reveal associations between tattooes & piercings and reckless behaviour, tendencies of self-harm and poor mental health, which contribute to worse life experience.
