    "We're partners, a team", your euphemism for not bringing home enough bacon, I assume.
    As for a partnership and being part of a team, you've haven't got a clue. Sailing a boat the size of a 40 foot container (volume wise) across an ocean takes real team work and is a partnership in which one must rely on their partner, not for one's livelihood, but for their very lives.
