My boyfriend and I both do this and wake up having sex. He will sometimes touch me when I am asleep to try and wake me up and have some foreplay/sex. I love when my boyfriend tells me that he has been touching me all night, it makes me feel good and happy.He even told me that he fingered me once when I was asleep and I had very heavy (orgasmic breathing) but never woke up.
I think it's completely normal and she might even be flattered that your subconscious still wants her even when you are sleeping!
