    You shouldnt need cuddles and hugs to be okay in life.

    Sounds like an addiction maybe.

      I can’t live without cuddles! I get extremely depressed without them and start losing it if no one loves me.

        Yea that doesnt sound good :/

        You have to try to slowly wean yourself off them

            A person can be addicted to anything.

            It's not good to be addicted.

            If you think you really are addicted, then thats not good.

            If you feel like you cant live without cuddles, and it makes you depressed, then it definitely sounds like addiction.

            I told myself, if I ever became dependent on my soft plushie animal, I would take him outside and shoot him in the face.

            Tough love, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

            In your case though, I would just tell myself that I dont need cuddles

            You have to force yourself to stop
