I have a complicated relationship with smoking fetishism. What isn't attractive is true addiction, where you aren't totally in control of your own behaviour or able to make decisions which are rational to normal people. What is attractive is making the choice as a non-addict to do something you enjoy in the moment, despite knowing it damages your long-term physical health and everyone else thinks you're gross.
