I think videogames are getting boring now is it normal?

Most of the videogames are the same nowadays, all they really are are just a pastime nothing much to do other than being in the screen for hours and hours and I don't see the point of it anymore.

    I've never been a gamer, but I believe they really should just be a pastime (as in something done in a healthy moderation for pleasure) rather than something people spend 12+ hours per day on, myself. I know people who are addicted to them and it seems to have an unhealthy impact on their lives. I really don't see how they don't get boring and repetitive for those people after awhile, either. I've had friends want me to watch them play video games and TBH, I found it pretty boring.

    I mainly play old games from my childhood. And escape from tsrkov. It's fucking lit
