I think these rules at my uni are stupid so i secretly disobey them

I've transferred to my dream university and it was all going well, but I've discovered 2 rules which I strongly disagree with.

1. We're not even allowed to take photos of our marked exam:
I sneakily do it under the desk when the teacher is not looking before they ask for it back after less than a minute, because how are we supposed to remember which mistakes we made as not to make them again?? I think they do this because the teacher's don't want to be bothered modifying the test for the next round of students, but at the expense of the students learning and progress. We're paying a lot of money. I should have just signed up for Memrise/decks Premium which allows you to test what you got wrong. It Would have been a world cheaper.

Edit: I understand the bit about cheating, but since we are paying so much I expect the teachers to create new tests so that students can take time going over their results and remember where they went wrong and teachers have peace of mind that there won't be a black market of selling test photos or something. Also we didn't have this policy at the other two unis I went to.

2. Not allowed to get 'outside help' (including teachers, tutors, native speaker friends, even Google Translate) with assignment:
I understand not having someone write it FOR YOU, but not letting you get someone to correct a few of you errors for an assignment, especially one which you have to MEMORISE is just going to encourage you to keep making the same mistakes again and again because you've memorised mistakes. I see that as counterproductive to learning especially for someone like me who finds it extremely difficult to unlearn things. It's almost like they want us to be perpetually stuck in failure.
Anyway, I secretly use an online FREE program to receive corrections from other people, as I believe it is fair because anyone can access it. Thankfully they haven't found out yet and I searched my essay in google and didn't find it, so I'm safe for now I guess.

    Youre paying for it.
Do WHATEVER it takes to pass your grade.
Ask this: is the question relavent to anything you will do in your job?
Sure, if youre in pre-med you do need to know where the kidneys are located.
But if your goal is to be a stock trader on wall street.
What good is knowing the name of the inventor of the electric toaster?
So much of schooling is wasted with irrelavent filler.

The first one is understandable, but the second one is really stupid, if you're gonna disobey that's on you, but good luck

Use your judgement. The first rule is obviously to prevent cheating, the second also is (but it's kind of stupid - I'm sure most people violate it and as long as you're not outright copy-pasting from Google, you won't won't be caught).

Everywhere has that first rule and your stupid if you don't see why. Second rule sounds really fucking dumb on the schools part so I'm fine with you cheating there.

I understand the rule about marked exams. It's there to prevent cheating.
