You could replace this by saying, "wankers like you should be punished by the Thought Police so we don't have to put up with your sadistic ideas." If we know someone has murderous intent isn’t it a shame we have to wait for them to actually kill someone before they can be taken off the streets. It basically means some innocent person has to die before their time just so we can do something about someone who thinks it’s ok to kill the innocent
I think severely disabled children should be euthanised

Many people have murderous intent but strong self control. They never harm anyone. Yes, I think it is sad that innocent people die.
