How is it a contradiction of my own premise, I’ve always believed in the death penalty for murderers, rapists and child molesters. I have never believed in it for innocent people who are disabled for no fault of their own but that would appear to be what the OP is suggesting
Because the OP is not a murderer. He only has murderous intent, which is not a crime. You however, have the same murderous intent of killing him because you don't like his murderous intent. Then you will have to change the statement you made in your previous comment "wankers like you could be shot so the rest of us don’t have to put up with your sadistic ideas". You could replace this by saying, "wankers like you should be punished by the Thought Police so we don't have to put up with your sadistic ideas." If you do this, you will no longer have murderous intent.
By the way, I hate the Thought Police. But everybody is entitled to their own opinion.
If we know someone has murderous intent isn’t it a shame we have to wait for them to actually kill someone before they can be taken off the streets. It basically means some innocent person has to die before their time just so we can do something about someone who thinks it’s ok to kill the innocent
