My plants are easier and don't really give meaning to my life - I'm pretty much using them for my own pleasure of having green all around - they don't scream or demand anything from me, except water. And if I don't feed them and they die it's not an actual issue. I could just stop caring for them if I were not in the mood. No one would call PPS on me.
No one wants a houseplant that shits/vomits everywhere, embarrasses them in public, drains their bank account and will ruin their entire life. The people taking care of them usually grow to resent and hate them.
I think severely disabled children should be euthanised

They give meaning to the lives of people taking care of them, like a houseplant.
