I have gotten food poisoning about 8 times this year and a number of times I narrowed it down to her cooking because I didn't eat anything else except packaged cookies and fruit. We had an arranged marriage I don't know what to do.

Even if 40% of women convicted of murder have indeed killed their husbands, that doesn't really say a lot. Women are much less likely to commit murder than men, and not many engage in random street violence or gang warfare. Therefore, women who murder tend to do it up close and personal.
According to a CDC study, less than 7% of male homicides are committed by intimate partners, while around 55% of murdered women were killed by an intimate partner.
If you want to toss around statistics, you could say that, since the OP is a married man, it's more probable that he's looking for ways to justify him murdering his wife, and a lot less likely that she's trying to kill him.

Bogbrush is right. You really should get the food tested and until you find out the results you should just avoid eating her cooking. You can also set up a camera in the kitchen, make sure you get a clear view of what she is doing and what she is putting in your food. This way if she is poisoning you, you have actual footage of it and get that b*tch put away.
I knew a girl back in high school whose mom came right out and told me she was trying to kill her husband with rat poisoning...its a real thing...stop eating anything she prepares for You! Could just be poor hygiene in the kitchen. Does she get ill too? Given what you say, it's possible you just don't know.
Maybe you have a messed-up servant-master kind of marriage where she serves you food separately rather than you sitting down together to eat from the same pot? If so, then she clearly has the opportunity to add stuff to your food. If you know her food is exactly the same as what you're eating, then it's going to be difficult for her to poison you.
Here's an idea you'll probably find totally shocking: You could learn how to cook and prepare meals for the two of you.
In any case, it sounds like you have a pretty fucked up marriage. The worst that most Western guys complain about is not getting enough sex; you can't even trust your wife not to poison you. Enjoy your culture.
