I think my mom is sick

I have been here for over 7 months now.
and i put everything away back after i use it(ex dishes)
anything and everything i do is wrong in my parent's eyes no matter what -it doesn't matter if i am sitting there with my daughter in the kitchen or living room feeding her food i made from scratch(homemade meals) my mom will always complain and scream about every damn thing. she does it to my older brother too. he lives in SF and comes home every Thursday through Sunday. he is 26 yrs old i am 25 yrs old.
he is single,independent, no gf, no kids of his own. this is my brother's house i live in. not my parent's house. my brother is the one who bought the house, and pays for it. my dad pays a small little fortune of it so it is semi his house to, but my brother is the one that REALLY pays for it and HIS name is the one ON the house!
and because my brother does not stand up to our dad and he is never around to begin with my dad runs the house. I got really angry with my brother and told him why don't you stand up for me? go yell at dad tell him this is YOUR house! tell him i can have my dog and my cat home with us! tell him to stop acting like i have to check in every damn 5 mns whenever i go anywhere!! and tell him to stop treating me a like i am his maid!!!

my mom she just screams about everything and she tries to pull the (what r u doing you said you'd be home at 6:30) when in reality i never said what time i would be home just that i would be home after i ran an errand.
she always tries to put words in my mouth,in my sister's and my brother's mouth too. thats why noone lives here except me and my daughter.
my x is being really weird right now. he says he is going to go out of country for 3 months but he needs me to get involved in something and i told him from the START NO WHAT EVER YOU ARE PLANNIMNG OR HAVE PLANNED TO MAKE MONEY I WILL NEVER GET INVOLVED BECAUSE ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES YOU IS A BAD IDEA!!
but i plan on filing for sole custody as soon as he leaves the country.whenever that will be i will find out on satruday(tmrw)
he is trying to make me fall into a trap so he can get me back and control me again. he says i have an apt for you and u don't have to pay rent for 3 months etc. and i told him FK NO I WILL NOT MOVE ANYWHERE OR DO ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES YOU!!! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY LIFE!!!
and he said i will be i won't bother you. and i said i don't care how much you tell me you won't I WILL NOT MOVE UNLESS I HAVE THE MONEY SAVED UP BY MYSELF AND I FIND AN APRTMENTW OUT YOU!
