So today when i went to court-there was a stand in judge AGAIN!!! but this time it was a female, and she STILL told me I(MOTHER) have o pay for my x to see my daughter!!!!(visitations) i told her i am on welfare and i have no cash!!!!i don't work!!
and she said i hear all sorts of excuses you still have to pay!
like WHAT THE FK!!!!
i am so angry the JUDGE REALLY EXPECTS ME TO PULL MONEY OUT OF MY ASS!!!!
So afterwards my x was talking to me and i didn't respond i just stayed quiet and ignored him and did not make eye contact with him. he said I am sorry for everything i put you through.
i don't believe him-anything that comes out of his mouth is a lie.
(remember earlier long time ago i told u i don't know how he got my new cell number)
so like 5mns after he texts me that i can text him on this number.....2314124324(random numbers)
anyhow so later i texted him and told him i don't believe that he is sorry for what he did to me, and that if i meant the world to him, he would have never done that to me in the first place. and ontop of this if his daughter also meant the world to him, he would have quit the drugs, drinking, and dropped all of his so called friends for her and I in the very begining.
he texted me back saying he wants to help us, and i told him you need to give me child support or you can take it up with the county system next week when they show up at your door. and he said "i have a number in mind"(to give me money) and i said "It better not be under 350 a month" and he said 300 and said NO FORGET IT. an then he said "okay 400dollars a month" and i said okay FOR NOW but later i expect way more than 400.
and he was like okay.
so he is going to give me 200 on sat then 200 in another 2 weeks.
I will not cancel the child support through the system until he pays me consecutively for 4-6 months straight.
So we are going to set up arrangement to have visitation outside of court because i can't pay for that sh.t!!!
he gets unemployment and gets like 900-1000 a month.
i told him "SERIOUSLY MOVE INTO YOUR OWN APARTMENT,DROP ALL YOUR SO CALLED FRIENDS, PAY Child support, AND WE WILL BE ON TALKING TERMS THEN, BUT UNTIL THAN WE AREN'T ON TALKING TERMS.
when i say cancel the child support, i mean to tell them that he is paying me himself-so he won't have to pay them-instead he will pay me directly instead of thru the system
