So get this. last night on Nov 7th
My x's father called me and my x is speaking to me thru his father-he is trying to convince me to set up arrangement with him so he can see our daughter unsupervised, outside of court. WHAT HE THINKING THAT I AM DUMB???
i told my x's father HELL NO AS LONG AS MY X REFUSES TO BE A GROWN MAN AND TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR HIS DAUGHTER FINANCIALLY , AND HE STAYS ON THE DRUGS HE CAN STAY THE FUCK OUT OF OUR LIVES!!!
i said your son(my x) by court order has to come up negative on the drug tests, and oay child support. until he shows that he can be a grown responsible father, and man than he will continue to not be in our lives

my x he seriously think i am retarded to let me him see my girl outside of court????if i allowed him to do that i would lose full custody, and he would be able to prove that he is a fit father(even tho he isn't)

---PSSSS: I got a letter from child support today. CS is officially after him to pay up. i should be getting money soon. hopefully next month. i fkn need it. the cash aid i get right now is not even enough to last 3 weeks. i get like 500 only. 200 goes to gas for the entire month- and 300 diapers and clothes(for my daughter)he has to pay 350 minimum. and if he gets a job they will make him pay more.
god i pray to god that he ends up in jail, so that 1) i can move out of county and 2) go to visit my family in the east coast.
my x is trying to black mail me thru his father by saying "if you let me see my daughter out of court then i will sign the papers stating you cantake her out of state to cvisit family in the eastcoast. fuck that because that puts me at risk of losing full custody!!!
all i have to is wait it out in court and be patient. he iwll end up in jail because he doesn't work right now and if he does he gets paid under the table. and regardless if he works under the table or not-if he does not pay up monthly he will go to jail no matter what.
