so my x is contesting the child support,spousal support, and the criminal restraining order, and the family restraining order. PFFfftt pppaahahaha

on friday i went to the place called Next Door Soltuions-it's a place where people who have been in abusive relationships go for counceling
-i went there talked to a councelor, and she wrote a letter to the judge stating that the crininal restraining order must be modified to "NO PEACEFUL CONTACT"
i had requested a modification to it before(criminal restrainingorder)n but the judge refused to modify it. but now that i have this letter from Next Door solutions, the judge should change it. and THAT COURT DATE FOR MODIFICATION REQUEST is NEXT WEND(17th)
everyone is telling me that with that letter Next door wrote to the judge -the judge WILL modify it. and when it gets modified my x will LOSE ALL HIS RIGHTS to see my baby girl.
the worst is now over(the break up etc)
