There are a lot of relly feminine guys and a lot of them aren't gay. And gay guys can be really butch so you shouldn't just assume that he's gay just because he's effeminate. Also it's not smart to force yourself on him. He'll come around if that's what he wants, and if not there's not really much you can do about it. Just be patient, he might be gay, but he might just not be in love with you yet.
