I think I'm a little because when ever I'm tired or stressed or something I go into something that feels like a little space. I have been experimenting with it since I found out what it was but tbh I'm just really embarrassed about it. Being a little is to relieve stress, memories or something like that by acting younger than you are and this headspace is called "little space". Do you guys think being a little is okay or should I try and repress it? I have tried but idk what to do. I've seen people online that do the same but idk. I'm hesitant. ATTENTION: NOT EVERY LITTLE IS SEXUAL

It's unhealthy and immature way to relieve stress, it's more like running from stress than solving it, and when it gets sexual it makes unhealthy relationship

idk how it works for people who don't have ptsd but i mean maybe it could be brought on by stress. it's basically what you described.
in a completely non-sexual & non-fetishizing manner it's okay in private or around someone you trust. it isn't unhealthy or anything as long as you don't let it, it's just another way to cope

    They asked what a little is not why you are one. For those who wamt more clarification its when an adult acts like a child or toddler to another adult who serves as a Daddy/Mommy Dom and does stuff like feed, clothes, spank and sometimes change them.
