I think I was meant to help people advance in life. I have helped/encouraged 5 colleagues to get jobs at my place of employment. I helped my family member find their
First apartment and gave them my things in storage that i no longer needed. I like helping people but i wonder if this is why im here. To give people a push forward. I wonder if theres something good waiting for me out there

    You've phrased this as if you were sent here by the control of some higher power, you weren't.

    If you've made helping others your purpose then that's all you, you get given that credit, not some ominous idea of a higher power.

      You know that he may think other than you? Dont try make someone believe what YOU want to believe.. That just disrespectfull... But yeah, the fact that he help others is nice.

        I don't care. I believe he deserves his own credit and if he thinks he doesn't then he thinks he doesn't, that doesn't mean I don't get to think he does.

    Selflessness is nice. Just understand that you're helping for the sake of helping, but not for a reward; also, be smart about it so you're not taken advantage of, and know your limitations.

    Understand that people outside your friends/family circle won't always show gratitude.
