i have this dream about this girl everyday, she appears as different people in my real life but everytime i can tell its the same one
its been long and we have a daughter who she comes with sometimes.
i also experience nightmares like being put to hell, being stangled by snakes and worse things and my phanton lover comes in hugs or kisses me before am tormented by whatever bad nightmare, its like she sees it coming. anyone else ever felt like he had a life he completely forgot before here?

Is It Normal?

    I think you should sort your life and stand firmly on the ground before exploring something like this. there's a danger you'll go too deep and move away from what's really important now

    There must be thousands of books on interpreting dreams available. It seems a visit to a library near you is in order.

    Yes, I have felt like I lived before too. My dreams work very differently though. But I do believe in reincarnation.

    Oded here, please take a long, indepth, knowledgeable gaze into yourself and try to figure out where you are in it and within life. Try to figure out all the triggers and work your way from there to figure out workarounds to the nightmares. This really isn't a normal thing not to sound brash.
