It's normal enough. My ex liked to drink blood, and even carried my blood in a glass vial around her neck. However, there are risks involved in such a thing, and I would be sure to talk with them about not only any possible blood-borne diseases, but about your and their limits. Some can stand a little more blood loss than others, and there is a limit to how much iron a human being can consume before it becomes toxic, so it isn't something you'd want to do on a regular basis. Also, be aware that the human mouth is filthy, and you'll want to disinfect the cut after you've had your fun.
