I think bout killing people, but only in my head

some people would be holding a knife in their hand with the blade pointing towards their neck. and in my head I would create a scenario where I would shove it in their neck or chest. but the thing is i'm not a violent person at all. I hold the door open for everyone, and I try to help out as much as I can with my friends and or family. Idk if this is a common occurrence in teenagers around 15-18 and i don't want the gov seeing this in my search history and like put me on a terrorist watch list or something like that. also please feel free to comment your thoughts on this topic and share your side of the story in the comments.

    Yeah, this is totally normal. Especially if your a teen with raging hormones. They're just random freak thoughts. Killing people, stealing, lying, shouting obscenities in the middle of a church service, and killing myself are all random thoughts that pass through my head, but they don't affect my actions or my mental state at all.

    I feel like everyone's imagined killing someone, even if we have absolutely no intent to do so. I myself always try to put others before me, and I never want to hurt anyone let alone kill them, but I do sometimes think of what it would be like. Stuff like I imagine someone tries to kill my friend, so I kill them instead.

    Lmfao what the heckles. I mean, holding the door for someone doesn’t really make you a non-violent person lol. Okay, seriously, I do it all the time; I like imagining situations and stories (lots of them are hostage based don’t ask why) because I write a lot, and I channel my ideas throughout my day to have them all refined by the night. If you don’t like/ wanna find a productive way of channeling these, try writing scenarios or even stories based on what you imagine!
