What would probably happen is that the caregivers will get fed up with the massive number of children. They'll eventually be densensitised to giving loving nurture either that or they'll develop favorites.
"Sibling" rivalry will probably occur in extreme forms. They'll be loner kids, 24 hour bullying etc.
I think all children should be brought up in a commune.
