It's not a bad idea but I do think parents have a responsibility as a primary care giver and shouldn't put the burden on people who didn't decide to have kids. Honestly I do not want to raise other peoples children.
I do believe the government should have more regulation on who can have kids. Parents should be required to take parenting classes and have inspections. Many will argue this one but I also think ones who fail and lose their kids should be sterilized along with hardcore drug users, abusive people and sex offenders. There is no reason any of those types should have kids.
Everyone should start with equal rights but if they fuck up you should lose rights regarding what you fucked up doing.
It is a genuine name designed to discourage communication with gullible people easily influenced by shallow advertising. God, I hate people that are unable to do critical thinking.
I think all children should be brought up in a commune.

Why not have licensed parents? The penalty for having kids without a license is mandatory sterilization.
