Leonardo da Davinci would have a candle burning and attempt to affect the flame with his mind. I thought this was interesting so I tried it, and it's a lot easier to do this than to try to move an object. I've tried to move objects before too and it's hard, although I remember the human mind possesses the capability of doing it. It's sort of like a computer having the hardware to do something but you just need the driver. So keep an open mind about it. Tell yourself it's possible, you just need to find the driver ;) BTW, I've been successful with the candle flame, but not moving actual objects, so you could try that. Also, one way to work up to it is to visualize it. Close your eyes and imagine yourself actually moving the object with your mind. The sky is the limit.. anything is possible!
