  • I have an anxious habit of chewing the skin off of my fingers, as well as the skin off of my lips. Sometimes i dont realize whats making me anxious that causes me to do it, but its all awareness of self. If you hone in on how youre feeling and what youre thinking about when you catch yourself doing it, you can figure out the cause of the anxiety. In understanding the underlying cause, you can better learn how to stop. Because of this habit, youll also have a hand to mouth fixation. Gum and chapstick helps me.
