  • I dont believe its MPD since you're aware of it and can stop it if you want. I do the same thing except "we" contemplate stuff that is usually malevolent to say the least. If "we" don't such things I get these bad anxiety attacks and rage. So if it helps you control urges or is harmless than you're fine for now. I have had plenty of psychiatrists to no avail and been given tons of medication from what feels like handfuls of corrupt doctors
