I talk to myself too but not every moment, on the bus I will, walking between classes, In class at home (I don't have any friends)and it is confusing one half of my body says do this the other half says no and i talk to myself about the stupidest things, the only time i don't talk to myself is when I'm doing something I want to do, mine is computer.
