I don't do that, but I do use different accents in my thoughts. If I've made the narrator of the book I'm reading English and stop to think about what I've just read, I think in my regular American accent, but if I'm having a conversation with the people around me and my brain makes an internal comment, it will often do it in a random accent like Australian. I guess it's just a way of distinguishing my thoughts from everything else.
