...smell the inside of my nose, usually when I'm really tired, I swear i can smell the inside of my nose...it smells a little like gasoline...hmmm I should probably get it checked up on...

You can't smell the inside of your nose. Your brain blocks out things you smell regularly or consistently, and you've had your nose for so long that it would be literally impossible to let yourself smell it. Look up Vsauce - Why Do We Have Two Nostrils? for more information on why you're insane. :)
