This reminds me of that Futurama episode where Fry, to prove his love for Leila despite her really being a mutant instead of what they previously believed to be a Cyclops Alien, by jumping in the Radioactive lake down in the swears. Basically, anything that touches it will have their DNA permanently mutated. Fry hops in and turns in a large Jaba-the-Hut mutant version.
Chances are that you won't get super powers. In fact, it is highly unlikely. I think you should get your testicles examined because that lump is most likely a cancerous of a tumour of some kind... Be honest with the doctor when you see him or her.
