I stress masturbate

Whenever I am having an anxiety attack I look at porn and if it just won't quit I masturbate for 20-60 mins till it passes. The attacks for me are memory related, so when I do projects I hyper stress over things. I make notes all the time and shit I just don't write every bit down. But maybe I should do more flow diagrams for thought processing. I was thinking of buying an audio recorder to help me but its hard to pull up archived data (maybe dragon would help with this). As it is now I write on the walls, I cover them in paper with whatever I am doing and put the final product into notebooks or presentation files on the computer. But where I move here the walls are all spikey with dry wall or you just don't have access to them due to the constraints of the lay out is one of the reasons I am moving again truthfully. But any ways if you have comments on this thanks, and if you don't care i guess the question is it normal to look at sexual content for stress/anxiety relief?

    • I will update the post but, I have relieved stress from seeing sexually explicit content (I am really into anatomy).

      Masturbating provides no pleasure to me what so ever if anything it makes me frustrated it simply is a distraction for the panic attack I am having.

      Or I suppose I cannot do this any more, on the old IIN I could.
