      im afraid to call 911 i dont have money to pay what 10,000 dollars for an ambulance ride?

        Where do you live that it'll cost that much for an ambulance? And I take it you know no-one in the entire world who'd drive you to hospital?

        You're seriously hurt. Just call the damn ambulance. It doesn't matter how poor you are. Your safety is more important. They will help you.
