I spit out boogers?

Every once in a while when i have to spit there are boogers in my spit. Its different from mucus and feels like a gross booger. Do boogers come down your mouth and is this normal?

    Sure. Your nasal passages are connected to your mouth (and weirdly, your ears). It's why when you have a cold and sniff really hard, the mucus ends up in your mouth. As well as the nasal mucus, your windpipe is lined by mucus, so the stuff that ends up in your spit could come from either coughing or sniffing. Don't worry.

      what are tonsil stones? cuz I get these white smelly things that come out sometimes

    I really don't know if its normal but it happens to me every so often and it's been happening since I was little.
