Pretty sure this is a troll but if not then go to the doctor! You should not be cramping for 3 weeks, neither a period nor PMS should last that long!!! If you have a lot of cramps and irregular periods you might have endometriosis or another medical issue. Also masturbation does not affect the timing of your period, that's just a coincidence.
