    Everyone can spend their money however they like, but spending money on something that you could probably get for free is weird to me. I dont make a lot so I cant spend a lot

    I give money on patreon and super chat for very selective you tubers. Those who made some good quality contents for their viewers. No fakes and no BS stuff. I think they deserve your appreciation but don't spend way too much because you are just a one person out from their millions of fans.
    Another reason is getting noticed. In super chats they shout out for you for donations and ofc we love it.

    I would rather use Twitch for watching livestreams personally, but that's just me. Most YouTuber's use Twitch for that anyhow.

    I dont know what a super chat is but I wouldnt give them more than 5 dollars a week. I dont think ive ever given money to s youtuber actuslly

      A superchat is essentially YouTube Live's version of BitCheering from Twitch.

          I follow a variety of content. Product reviews,a couple of gaming ones, art channels, internet popular culture information, tech news...Amongst other things.

          I actually only follow two gaming channels. One being the Overwatch League channel.

          Edit: I think most people use livestreaming for either video gaming or slice of life content though. I'm also not the poster if that's important.
