    Isn't stocking shelves a typically male job,? It means lifting heavy packs etc.?

      I dunno, unloading the truck, or throwing the truck, is something mostly dude do, but anyone can stock shelves. Also, it's mostly dudes working in the back stockroom with those big high shelves.

        Yeah sexism and gender discrimination just as I expected. And they then ask why is then still a pay gap
