I sometimes headbutt my boyfriend in our sleep

So my bf isn't a cuddler by any means and I sleep best all snuggled up to something wich drives him nuts so he won't even sleep facing me. Well on occasion I'll headbutt the back of his head in my sleep wich obvi pisses him off, just the last time he was like watch what your doing god da$# and junk. And its like I'm asleep i litterally can't do anything about it, anyways is it normal to hurt your partner in your sleep?

It’s normal to flinch and move around during sleep. Some people it is arms, some people it is legs and for you it must just be your head. Do you find yourself moving your head/neck alot during the day or in reaction to certain things?

Maybe you should put a pillow or something between your heads. I definitely wouldn't like being conked in the head in the middle of the night, repeatedly. Obviously you can't help it but like... at least try to help him out, here.
