I sometimes feel gloomy at night and put on music to fit the mood. I cry a little and sleep it off.
This is due to the many hormonal changes that take place at night. I get really itchy at night because of a hormonal change that decreases the amount of sweat and oils produced at night. You are probably just sensitive to a particular hormone that makes you want to cry.
I used to do that a lot mostly because I was scared about a lot of things.
I still do it and I can't help it sometimes.
