Thanks. And thanks for giving me a point back. It's true that sleeping too much is only harmful for your heart if you're living a couch potato lifestyle. If you're active and excersising a lot, too little sleep is worse than too much because you're not giving your body enough time to recuperate.
I don’t workout. I get 5-6 hrs of sleep when i have to go to school but i usually get around 10 hrs of sleep when theres no school. Is that still okay? Will that affect my health?
I slept for 14 hours straight
