I sleep on my parent's couch

I'm 18 years old, I live at home with my parents and baby sister, and I don't want to move away. My problem is, I sleep on the couch, because I don't like being far away from my parents (My room is on another floor). I guess it's because I don't want to grow up (I have some mentally illnesses, it may be why), but I hope to outgrow the need to be so close to my parents.

Is It Normal?

    Sleeping on the couch would be normal if it wasn't for the fact you have a bed else where in the house.

    Why not try going out with your family, you know just to expose yourself away from the house and then slumber party with your friends,away from your parents.Just to slowly outgrow your tension from staying with your family.
