Im a college female, staying eith my parents until class starts again. About one month ago, i read that sleepung nude is healthy, in some way. Anyways, when i got out of the shower i decided to try it out. I allways shower before going to sleep, because i foujd out that thats healthy for your body as well. Anyway, i went into the bathroom, wheni got out i walked to my room with out any clothes on and went to sleep. I allways sleep long after my parents do, so it didn't really matter. When i woke up, i had alot more energy and i rested comfortably. Ive done this everynight fallowing that one, and can see myself doing this to help in my college classes. Does anyone else sleep this way?

    I started sleeping naked 20 years ago. My wife grew up sleeping naked and got me to try when we were dating and I loved it. Satin sheets are a plus.

    I'm in my sixties now and I've slept nude since I was a teen. The only time I've worn briefs and T-shirt at night is when I've been someplace where I can't get in and out of bed in private (in military, sharing hotel room with friends and so on).

    Some Americans seem to find the concept incredibly decadent and sexy, but it's really no big deal.

    i have slept nude as far back as i can recall. taiwan is very hot most of the time. from peeking both my parents sleep nude also. sometimes they left bedroom door open

    Perfectly normal, and healthy, as long as you keep your sheets clean. I sleep nude sometimes when I feel like it, and it "defiantly" helps me sleep better:)

    For the last many years I have been sleeping naked. After marriage i continued with husband, surely for sex. Now if we donot have to sex, we sleep naked. Even on off days we never put on clothes. Every moment is passed naked.

        Huh? I meant sick from getting a cold or leaving a window open. I sweat more if its really hot. Nothing to absorb the sweat
