You're free to choose to be outraged by this, but what those people are doing doesn't have any real impact on your life and you don't have to pay any attention to them if you don't want to.
I see nothing at all wrong with couples hugging and kissing briefly in public, but I guess what you're talking about is couples clinging to each other with their tongues down each other's throats and maybe even grinding.
I'm all for couples who are so totally into each other that it feels to them like the rest of the world doesn't exist when they're together. I guess most of us will have at least one relationship like that when we're young, and it's a wonderful experience while it lasts.
But it seems to me that most really blatant, prolonged public displays of affection are mainly about the audience. It's the sort of thing teens do when they feel a need to prove to the world that they're all grown up and they're too dumb to understand it's just showing everyone that they're immature, attention-seeking kids with poor impulse-control.
