I see what seems like sub-atomic particles moving

It started when I was in 2nd grade I think. I would look at the floor and see what appeared to me to be millions of atoms moving at an extremely high speed just above they floor. They always moved in just two directions.. I guess like north to south and easy to west. In one plane they would be moving in collumns or rows, looking somewhat evenly spaced apart from each other. Then in about the same distance to a lower plane, they would be moving in the e to w direction. Then below n to s below easy to west every plane with rows moving in the same direction. They entered through the walls and left dissapearing through adjacent wall. Out of all the other kids at school, who thought i was crazy, I only met one other who could also see them. He described them exactly how I saw them so I know he was truthful and I wasnt crazy. You couldnt focus on one, they moved to fast for that, but there were so many I think I saw move of the trail or blur of each one because they moved so fast.

If you can see them they're certainly nowhere near subatomic.

It's called visual snow. It has something to do with the fluid in your eyes. There's not much research for it at the moment so I don't know of any treatments. It might get worse or stay the same as you age.

Atoms are not that big, so to describe them as such makes no sense. just because they appear small doesn't meant they are "sub-atomic". Just wanted to let you know. And yes it's normal as the other answer said.
