I see things that aren't there in the dark and hear voices

I see things I am scared of in the dark and every now and then in the day I can hear a member of my families voice scream my name as if there in danger but whenever I look to see where they are no ones there. Is it normal I have been seeing things in the dark for as long as I can remember and the voices have only started happening recently

    When I was a child I used to hear voices in my head as I was going to sleep. They never interacted with me though, it was just like listening to the radio. But if you’re seeing/hearing things that are violent or scary, you probably need to see someone about that.

    If the answer isn't "schizophrenia", then no one here can help you. I'll never understand those people saying "Take *blank* plus benzos." People need to stop giving strangers drug recommendations.

        I never said they are qualified to diagnose anything. I'm simply stating that if the suggestion that OP might have schizophrenia isn't a good answer, people here can't do anything more.
