    Do you mean visual snow? Visual snow looks like tv static and gets more noticeable the darker it gets. I see it all the time and I haven't heard of it being anything serious. Its neurological and could be caused from a number of things but isn't a big deal. I've had it as long as I can remember.

      Visual snow usually has other things with it, like floaters and such. This is colored dots not black and white.
