Those are demons. Your need to protect your house and get it cleansed. I protect my room by keeping plants in there. Plants put out a protective aura around themselves and the people that care for them. I haven't had any problems since, including sleep paralysis. One exception would be when only using a plant that was unwell. You need strong and healthy plants for the results.
