I saw big eyes looking at me

I was in my cousins house for a sleepover, and they were both asleep and the light was on and their door was closed. I was just going through my phone until i see two big eyes that looked unnatural, staring at me through their door and it was quite low as well. I got so scared so i tried to wake them up but they wouldnt and then It moved and was looking in the direction of my cousin... anyone know what that is?? some devil or somthing???

    Sleep paralysis or just hallucinations due to lack of sleep idk your family but if they have a cat or a dog that's probably why or what Nickvey said maybe it can be succubus just next time close the door

      Night terrors don't affect you when you're fully conscious, from my experience. All that happened to me is seeing seemingly normal objects in a very vivid dream-like state and having a lingering feeling of crippling anxiety and fear. In reality I was just sitting there screaming, this happened when I was younger and scared the shit out of my parents.
